At Hook and Web Designs, we take pride in tailoring each site specifically to the "personality" of the client, business, organization, or event. Here are some of the websites we have developed. Please note that three of these (marked with * ) have received awards and/or national/international recognition for excellence!

• www.rosannebittner.com - Rosanne Bittner was Hook & Web Designs' first client and has been with us since we began.

• www.michmold.com – Michigan Mold, Inc., which we just completed completely redesigning. Many interesting features, including a "click-through" photo album in a separate smaller browser window, different linking techniques, 'printer friendly" versions of the pages, etc.

• www.egressetch.com – Egress Etch custom glass-etching stencils, also a client since 1999. Every time we add a photo or a new section, orders jump.

• www.eastlakebandb.com - Eastlake Victorian Bed & Breakfast, a client since 1999. The owner reports that guests book rooms over the phone whilst looking at the website! Note the custom backgrounds for each different room page.

• www.NoWisconsinPuppyMills.com – the informational website of the Wisconsin Puppy Mill Project, with new pages being added weekly, now that the "push" for legislation is heating up.

• * www.midmichiganrwa.org – Mid Michigan Romance Writers of America. A "working site" for members and an informational site for anyone wishing to know more about the organization. Winner, 2007 Romance Writers of America^® Website Competition (Professional Division).

• www.TreasuredHeirloomsCrochet.com – the "Hook" in Hook and Web Designs, and our first venture into e-commerce.

• www.crean.com/jimwillis – Author Jim Willis' site to publicize his book Pieces Of My Heart

• www.crean.com/kindness – Website campaign for humane euthanasia for shelter animals.

• www.clariorgraphics.com – a small business whose owner who just wanted a static "presence."

Former Clients:

• * Junior Achievement of Michiana – During my tenure as webmaster, this site was recognized twice for excellence by JA International, once as their "Website of the Month." Unfortunately, my job at JA was abolished due to lack of funding, and by federal regulation, could not even continue on in a voluntary capacity.

• * United Way of SW MI. I got United Way online as a volunteer ca 2000. My 2004 custom redesign was Winner, 2005 Great Rivers Excellence in Communications Award for Best Overall Brand Delivery.
